A rare monumental period 16th Century Renaissance limestone fireplace from the Deux Sevrés region of France. The central coat of arms was allegedly defaced during the Revolution at the end of the 18th Century. Dimensions - Overall width 235cm x overall height 263cm. Opening 153cm wide x 186cm tall. Revealed depth 75cm, overall depth 135cm. Images shown as found and before restoration. Restoration and delivery can be arranged. Full French export certificate available.
